This was my 11th injection, 13 weeks after the previous one. I can’t say there is anything noticeably different. Parkinson’s symptoms seem largely at bay, although I still experience tremors.
I don’t have anything particularly notable to report, other than that I turned 65 during the week of the injections. There are a few factors that may have helped with the Parkinson’s treatment, as well as some things I could have done better, such as:
Avoiding alcohol
Staying away from stressful work
Not flying every week
Exercising more – despite being relatively fit, exercise doesn’t really exist in my routine
Eating healthy food more regularly, which I don’t do
What I really mean is that the treatment hasn’t affected my lifestyle in any way… except to make it better by reducing Parkinson’s symptoms. I’ll admit, I haven’t been a great patient.
